The invention relates to an architectural decoration panel with driving rods and guide blocks and an attachment method of the architectural decoration panel. The architectural decoration panel is attached to a building through an attachment bonding layer; the architectural decoration panel is provided with a back surface plane oriented to the attachment bonding layer and a front surface plane opposite to the back surface plane; a bonding layer filling groove which is sunken inwards from the back surface plane and extends along the horizontal direction is formed in the middle position of the back surface plane; the guide blocks are arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the back surface plane and are easy to be inserted into the attachment bonding layer; the four guide blocks are arranged and are shaped as triangular pyramids; the length of each guide block is 2/3 of the thickness of the attachment bonding layer; one end of the bonding layer filling groove in the horizontal direction is open, and the other end of the bonding layer filling groove is sealed; a plurality of bearing columns which are uniformly fixed along the horizontal direction are arranged in the center position of the bonding layer filling groove; the height that each bearing column extends out of the back surface plane is at least 1/2 of the thickness of the attachment bonding layer.
