The lock buckle device structurally comprises a lock sleeve, a lock ring and a lock pin, wherein a passing and inserting hole used for accommodating the lock ring is formed in the lock sleeve, in addition, a lock pin passing hole is formed in a template contact surface of the lock sleeve, the lock ring can rotate in the passing and inserting hole of the lock sleeve, the middle part of the lock ring is provided with an eccentric cylindrical hollow inner cavity, meanwhile, a rectangular opening is formed in a thin wall, in addition, a radial arc-shaped hollow groove is formed along one axial opening edge of the rectangular opening, the lock pin comprises a base and a cylindrical body, and a lock pin neck and a lock pin head are arranged on the cylindrical body. The lock sleeve, the lock ring and the lock pin are effectively combined, the lock pin can be tightly locked through rotating the lock ring, in addition, the mounting and the dismounting can be fast realized, and a tool is not needed. The lock buckle device provided by the invention can be used in daily use or in the building field or in other fields when a connected body needs to be connected, so that the screw connection function is realized. Compared with screw connection, the lock buckle device can greatly improve the work efficiency.
