Disclosed is a novel countryside community building. Only one building, namely a large and circular low-rise building is needed by a novel countryside residential community. Each family has two houses, and each house comprises the first floor and other higher floors. An underground floor serves as traffic thoroughfares for motor vehicles and parking lots, and comprises an area which is 1-2m higher than the ground plane, and other underground areas. Sunshine can irradiate the building, fresh air circulates in the building, high-temperature exposure to the sun can be avoided in summer, and the building cannot be affected in cold days and snowy days in winter. The underground space and the space above the ground plane are fully utilized. Residents can live in the first floors, have meals and have a rest on the first floors, and the good tradition of keeping the neighborhood affection relationship still exists. The second floors and other higher floors are provided with rooms. All families have the same arrangement, and non-mobile side pavements are arranged both in front of the houses and behind the houses. Therefore, both residents living in the north semicircle portion and residents living in the south semicircle portion can enjoy warm sunshine of the nature, and the purpose that the district difference is reduced can be achieved. Roads for vehicle driving and roads for pedestrians are thoroughly separated, cannot be mutually influenced, and are rapid and safe. A wide country field is arranged exactly in front of the novel countryside community building, and garden type park green spaces are arranged behind the novel countryside community building, so that a comfortable and good ecological environment is created, and the health and the longevity of the residents are facilitated.
