The application provides a communication tower which comprises an internal upright column layer and an external upright column layer encircling the outer side of the internal upright column layer, wherein multiple horizontal transverse separation layers which are fixedly connected with the internal upright column layer and the external upright column layer are arranged in an annular space formed by the internal upright column layer and the external upright column layer at intervals from bottom to top. According to the communication tower provided by the invention, a spatial rigid frame structure is formed by internal and external upright columns and horizontal transverse separation layers, so that a load-carrying member at an outer vertical face of an iron tower in a horizontal transverse separation chamber is omitted, the quantity of load-carrying members is greatly reduced, and the communication tower is convenient to manufacture, convey and install and convenient for subsequent maintenance and monitoring; furthermore, the outer vertical face of the communication tower provided by the invention supplies space and possibility for decorative components which have various shapes and are made of various materials, shape changes of the communication tower are greatly enriched, and the communication tower achieves an effect of decorating and beautifying the environment.
