The invention discloses a lock cylinder capable of preventing from being tempted to open. The lock cylinder comprises a lock container, a transmission piece, a transmission mechanism, a lock son and a lock plate. The lock container is in a cylinder shape and is provided with a key hole, a groove, a through hole and a limit groove. The key hole extends in the radial direction of the lock container, the groove is formed in the outer circle of the lock container in the radial direction of the lock container in a surrounding mode at intervals and are perpendicular to the axial direction of the lock container, the through hole penetrates through the key hole and the groove, and the limit groove is formed in the outer circle of the lock container and close to the groove. The transmission mechanism is arranged in the groove and comprises a toothed plate, a pinion, a gearwheel, a driven gear and a cam. One end of the toothed plate extends to the groove and is in contact with a shielding piece, the other end of the toothed plate is meshed with the pinion, the pinion is fixedly connected with the gearwheel coaxially, the driven gear is meshed with the gearwheel, and the cam is fixedly connected with the driven gear coaxially and arranged corresponding to the limit groove. The cam is provided with a convex portion and a concave portion, the lock son is arranged between the cam and the limit groove in a moving mode, and the lock plate is arranged at one end of the inner side of the lock container and is connected with the lock container.
