An idling internal calibration clutch type lock cylinder comprises a lock container, a secret key mechanism, a clutch mechanism, a lock plate, a calibration stop lever, a reset part and multiple elastic parts. The lock container comprises a lock container body and a transmitting part; the secret key mechanism is movably matched with the lock container and comprises toothed plates, notch ratchet wheels and brake components, the space between two adjacent ratchet wheel teeth of each notch ratchet wheel is larger than the space between other adjacent ratchet wheel teeth to form a reserved opening, and the brake components are arranged above the corresponding notch ratchet wheels; the clutch mechanism is movably arranged at the inner side of the lock container; the calibration stop lever comprises an annular body, a driven connecting rod and a first comb tooth rod, the annular body is in movable cup joint with the lock plate, and the first comb tooth rod is arranged below the notch ratchet wheels; the reset part comprises a limiting block and a second comb tooth rod, the limiting block is connected with the clutch mechanism in a clamped mode, and the second comb tooth rod movably penetrates through the side face of the secret key mechanism.
