Common-mode filter and manufacturing method thereof
The invention discloses a common-mode filter and a manufacturing method thereof. The common-mode filter consists of printed medium layers, ferrite layers and ceramic-ferrite mixed layers, and the components of the ceramic-ferrite mixed layer include: 50 to 60 percent of barium oxide, 10 to 20 percent of calcium silicate, 10 to 20 percent of magnesium silicate, 1 to 5 percent of silicon dioxide, 1 to 5 percent of calcium oxide, 1 to 5 percent of magnesium oxide, 0.1 to 0.5 percent of zinc compound, 0.1 to 0.5 percent of iron compound, 0.1 to 0.5 percent of nickel compound and 0.1 to 0.5 percent of copper compound. The adhesion between the ceramic-ferrite mixed layers and the ferrite layers is enhanced, the temperature needed by the co-firing step is lower, the sintering time is shortened, the sintered product has a smooth appearance, and cannot easily crack, and moreover, the finished product is applicable to high-band and low-band applications.
