The invention relates to a silence wall cloth fabric with a shape memory function. The silence wall cloth fabric comprises a fabric body (1), wherein the fabric body (1) is in a latticed structure which is formed by weaving wrap yarns and weft yarns; the weft yarns are made of memory fiber polyesters; the front surface of the fabric body is coated with a polyurethane layer (4), a flax fiber core layer (5) and a ramie fiber layer (6) sequentially; the back surface of the fabric body is coated with a basic layer (7) which is made of a textile fabric; the textile fabric comprise a textile fabric body; the surface of the fabric body is coated with a polyethylene resin coating of which the thickness is 0.03-0.06mm. The silence wall cloth fabric has the characteristics of bacteria resistance, bacteria inhibition, deodorization, adsorption, moisture absorption, ventilation, mildew resistance and wear resistance. According to the silence wall cloth fabric, the surface of the fabric body is coated with the polyethylene resin coating, so that the sound is silence when people wear clothes made from the silence wall cloth fabric; season weather influence cannot be caused by geographic positions, and the clothes made of the fabrics are comfortable to wear and have a good hand feeling.
