Ceramsite lightweight aggregate structural concrete and preparation method thereof
The present invention provides a ceramsite lightweight aggregate structural concrete made from the following raw materials: 340-382 kg/m<3> of cement, 60-68 kg/m<3> of fly ash, 525-630 kg/m<3> of high-performance ceramsite, 785-610 kg/m<3> of ordinary river sand, 3.2-3.6 kg/m<3> of a water reducing agent and 130-140 kg/m<3> of water; the high-performance ceramsite indexes are as follows: the packing density is about 800 kg/m<3>, the cylinder pressure strength is greater than or equal to 14.6 MPa, and the 1h water absorption is about 9.3%. The ceramsite is prepared by mixing shale and sludge, and burning by a certain technology, by doping of the shale, the ceramsite has high cylinder pressure strength, by use of the sludge, the cost is reduced, and environmental protection is facilitated. Concrete made of the special ceramsite is a lightweight aggregate concrete which has high in strength, good in thermal performance and working performance, and pumpability meeting the requirements of design and construction, the strength grade can achieve LC40, the density grade can achieve 1600 grade, and coefficient of thermal conductivity is 0.65 W/(m.K). The concrete is used in the bearing structure of a self insulation structure system to improve heat preservation performance of the building thermal bridge section, and reduce the occurrence of condensation.
