The invention relates to a double-parameter temperature-measuring complex-phase thermosensitive ceramic material and a preparation method thereof. The double-parameter temperature-measuring complex-phase thermosensitive ceramic material comprises the following components in mass percentage: 25-40% of a first composition, 40-65% of second composition and 3-25% of AlN, wherein the first composition has a chemical general formula of BiTixNbxFe1-3xO3, in which x is greater than or equal to 0.0001, but smaller than or equal to 0.3; the second composition has a chemical general formula of Y3-yBiyNbO7, in which y is greater than or equal to 0.000, but smaller than or equal to 0.3. The double-parameter temperature-measuring complex-phase thermosensitive ceramic material is prepared by mixing the BiTixNbxFe1-3xO3, the Y3-yBiyNbO7 and the AlN according to a certain mass percentage. The double-parameter temperature-measuring complex-phase thermosensitive ceramic material has unexpected effects as follows: a negative temperature coefficient thermosensitive resistor and a positive dielectric constant temperature coefficient thermosensitive capacitor material are provided at the same time, the sensitivity is relatively high and the temperature measurement range is relatively wide, so that the thermosensitive ceramic material can use a temperature threshold point, at which thermosensitive resistor temperature measurement is converted into thermosensitive capacitor temperature measurement, as a temperature switch threshold, and is suitable for being used as a temperature switch; the preparation method is simple, and suitable for large-scale application.
