The invention relates to a powder injection treatment device for a soft foundation pavement. The device comprises a drill tank and a fixed piece mounted on the tank. The device is characterized in that a shower nozzle is movably mounted on the fixed piece through a fastener, a spray hole is formed in the top of the shower nozzle, and a feed delivery pipe is connected between the drill tank and the shower nozzle; a blowing connector and a delivery connector are formed on the top of the drill tank, an upper cover covers the drill tank above, chucks are mounted at the blowing connector and the delivery connector, a delivery retractable rod is communicated with the delivery connector through the chuck, a blowing retractable rod is communicated with the blowing connector through the chuck, joints are connected above the delivery retractable rod and the blowing retractable rod, and a rotary rod which passes through the upper cover is connected with the drill tank. Compared with the prior art, the device provided by the invention has the advantages that powder is pumped to soft soil by mechanical drive to spray materials and a solid additive is extruded by an air pressure to be more uniformly mixed with a soft foundation, so that the bearing capacity of foundation soil is increased. The device provided by the invention is reasonable in design, fast in construction speed and suitable for being popularized and applied.
