An isolation rail for tailgating left turn comprises an isolation rail body, a track, a power supply device, a protection device and a control device. The isolation rail body is provided with a power roller which is located on the track, the track is located in a groove formed in the inner side of a road isolation strip, signal lamps are further arranged on the isolation rail body, and the power supply device comprises an electric pile located on the road isolation strip. The electric pile is connected with a motor on the isolation rail body through a wire, and the motor is connected with the power roller. The wire is wound around a take up wheel on the isolation rail body. The control device comprises a touch switch on the isolation rail body and trigger points located in the groove formed in the inner side of the road isolation strip. The protection device is an elastic device which is located at the tail end of the groove formed in the inner side of the road isolation strip.
