The invention discloses a bucket and hammer quickly-replacing device and relates to the field of engineering machinery. The bucket and hammer quickly-replacing device comprises a fixed hook body, a moving hook body, a clamping oil cylinder, a rotating shaft, a limiting pin and a connecting pin. The moving hook body is arranged in a middle neutral gear of the fixed hook body and is hinged to the fixed hook body through a rotating shaft, and the moving hook body rotates around the rotating shaft. The fixed hook body and the moving hook body are provided with clamping hooks. One end of a clamping oil cylinder is hinged to the fixed hook body through a connecting pin. The other end of the clamping oil cylinder is hinged to the moving hook body through a connecting pin. The device is used for an excavating feeding mechanism and is used for being connected with a clamping bucket or a breaking hammer quickly, by quick replacing of the bucket and the breaking hammer, quick converting of excavating hoeing and impact breaking functions is achieved, an excavating loader can complete push shovel material collecting, excavating hoeing, conveying truck loading, breaking loose layer rock impact breaking and clearing danger removing construction, and the device has multiple applications. The investment of construction equipment can be effectively lowered, investment is saved, the rehandling time of the bucket and the hydraulic breaking hammer is shortened, equipment rotation time is removed, and tunneling construction efficiency is improved.
