The invention provides an environment-friendly water-saving toilet bowl and a toilet bowl flushing method. The toilet bowl comprises a water spraying device. The water spraying device is located at the top of the toilet bowl and composed of a water pipe, a pressurizer, a spraying nozzle, a controller and a switch. The spraying nozzle is connected with the switch, the water pipe, the pressurizer and a water tank. The controller controls the switch and the pressurizer. The spraying nozzle is annular and embedded into the edge of the top of the toilet bowl, and water flows down slowly along the wall of the toilet bowl by one circle after being sprayed. The controller comprises a pre-defecation water discharge module and a post-defecation water discharge module; when the toilet bowl senses that a user defecates, the pre-defecation water discharge module discharges accumulated water at the bottom of the toilet bowl and sprays water to the surface of the toilet bowl; when the toilet bowl senses that the user finishes defecating, the controller starts the pressurizer, and the post-defecation water discharge module flushes the edge and the bottom of the toilet bowl. The post-defecation water discharge module comprises a rough cleaning unit and a fine cleaning unit, wherein the rough cleaning unit is used for flushing the excrement accumulation parts of the side face and the bottom of the toilet bowl with strong water columns, and the fine cleaning unit is used for flushing away fine dirt remaining on the surface of the toilet bowl.
