The invention discloses a building envelope fireproof anti-seepage self-insulating outer wall. The outer wall comprises a self-insulting outer wall sandwich panel. The self-insulting outer wall sandwich panel comprises a naked panel body, steel wire mesh frames are arranged on the surfaces of the two sides of the naked panel body respectively, and the distance between each steel wire mesh frame and the naked panel body ranges from 5 mm to 10 mm. The surfaces of the two sides of the self-insulting outer wall sandwich panel are arranged in the following manners that an anti-cracking and anti-seepage concrete reinforcement keel structural layer, a mortar layer and a surface layer are sequentially arranged; the anti-cracking and anti-seepage concrete reinforcement keel structural layer comprises a 3-5 mm polymer interface bonding mortar layer, a premixed anti-seepage fine aggregate concrete layer sprayed on the polymer interface bonding mortar layer , a steel wire mesh frame and a keel assembly, and the steel wire frame and a keel assembly are covered with the premixed anti-seepage fine aggregate concrete layer; the polymer interface bonding mortar layer is directly sprayed on the surface of the naked panel body. The invention further provides a construction method of the building envelope fireproof anti-seepage self-insulating outer wall.
