The invention provides a flexible connecting system used for connecting an external wall panel with a beam. The flexible connecting system comprises a first flexible connecting device used for connecting the lower portion of the external wall panel with the beam and a second flexible connecting device used for connecting the upper portion of the external wall panel with the beam. The first flexible connecting device comprises a first pre-embedded component, a second pre-embedded component and a supporting component. The lower end of the connecting component can be arranged into the first pre-embedded component in a telescopic mode. The upper end of the supporting component is used for being abutted against the bottom of the second pre-embedded component. The second flexible connecting device comprises a third pre-embedded component, a fourth pre-embedded component and a regulating component. The third pre-embedded component and the fourth pre-embedded component are detachably connected with the regulating component. The connecting position of the regulating component and the third pre-embedded component and/or the fourth pre-embedded component is adjustable. In addition, the invention further provides the external wall panel, and an external wall panel installing node which comprises the flexible connecting system.
