The invention discloses an air conditioner floor system. Air supply pipelines used for conveying cold air or warm air into rooms penetrate through the air conditioner floor system. The air conditioner floor system and a building structure are formed at a time, secondary air conditioner installation is not needed, a whole building, or one ground floor and one house type only need one air conditioner engine system to achieve whole building, or ground floor and house type supply. Compared with the situation that in an existing building, one air conditioner is installed in each room of each house, multiple air conditioners are installed on one plane floor, more convenience is brought, and the effect is better. The invention further discloses a building with the air conditioner floor system.
