The invention discloses an antiskid plate and an antiskid platform provided with the same. The antiskid plate comprises a plate-shaped body and an antiskid part, a groove for containing the antiskid part is formed in the top surface of the plate-shaped body, the antiskid part is embedded in the groove, and the antiskid part is at least provided with an antiskid top surface formed by high molecule polymerization materials. Due to the fact that the antiskid part is embedded in the plate-shaped body, the antiskid part plays a role of a reinforcing rib and can reinforce the plate-shaped body while the weight of the whole antiskid plate is reduced. In addition, the high molecule polymerization materials have peculiar mechanical properties such as high elastomeric deformation and viscoelasticity, excellent antiskid performance can be achieved due to viscoelasticity, the anti-abrasion and anti-impact performance of the antiskid part is improved due to high elastomeric deformation performance, and therefore the antiskid plate has high strength and good antiskid performance and the antiskid part is not prone to damage. Thus, the antiskid plate has high practicality in the fields of antiskid platforms such as station platforms, steps and evacuation platforms for tunnels of rail transit.
