The invention discloses a drainage pouring tool for a constructional column. The drainage pouring tool comprises two oppositely-arranged side plates, a rotary shaft, two check blocks and a drainage plate. The portions, close to the inner sides, of the lower ends of the two side plates are provided with holes matched with the rotary shaft respectively. The two ends of the rotary shaft penetrate through the two side plates through the holes respectively. The two check blocks are arranged on the opposite sides of the two side plates. The drainage plate is arranged between the two side plates, the transverse size of the drainage plate corresponds to the interval of the two side plates, the lower end of the drainage plate is fixedly connected with the rotary shaft so as to rotate along with rotation of the rotary shaft, the two check blocks are correspondingly located at the upper ends of the two side plates and the outer side of the drainage plate when the drainage plate is in a vertical state, the two check blocks are used for abutting against the outer surface of the drainage plate, and then the upper end of the drainage plate inclines outwards. The drainage pouring tool does not need to chisel protruding-block-shaped concrete, one-time forming is guaranteed, the pouring construction cost of the constructional column can be saved greatly, and working efficiency is improved.
