The invention discloses a wall body damp-proof layer repairing method. The wall body damp-proof layer repairing method comprises the following steps that 1, a foundation layer is cleaned; 2, a plurality of grouting holes are drilled on a wall body, and the number, the hole pitches and the hole apertures of the grouting holes are determined according to the foundation layer condition and an effective diffusion radius of a grouting material; 3, high-pressure pouring needles are pre-embedded in the grouting holes; 4, the grouting material is grouted into the wall body through the high-pressure pouring needles; 5, after the grouting is completed, nozzles on the high-pressure pouring needles are knocked out, and mortar is used to repair the grouting holes and the foundation layer; the grouting material comprises the following components of, by weight, 60-75 parts of modified polyurethane prepolymer and 25-40 parts of organosilicone; the modified polyurethane prepolymer is polyurethane prepolymer modified by uronic acid. The wall body damp-proof layer repairing method adopts the novel grouting material and can effectively improve the repairing effect of the wall body.
