The invention discloses an anti-theft lock. The anti-theft lock comprises a shell and a lock frame. A first opening and a second opening are formed in one side of the shell. A transmission device, a back locking device and an unlocking device are arranged in the shell. The transmission device comprises a first fixing block, a first connecting rod, a first slant bolt, a driving gear, a driving block and a clamping and fixing stop block. The back locking device comprises a second fixing block, a second connecting rod and a second slant bolt, and a groove corresponding to the second slant bolt is formed in the lock frame. The unlocking device comprises a rotating block. A pulling sheet and a driving device used for driving the clamping and fixing stop block are arranged on the rotating block. A sliding sleeve matched with the pulling sheet is arranged on the second connecting rod and provided with a second spring. The anti-theft lock has the advantages that the automatic back locking capacity is achieved, manual back locking is not needed after a door is closed, potential safety hazards caused when manual back locking is forgotten can be avoided, and the anti-theft lock is simple in structure and convenient to overhaul and maintain.
