The combined antitheft lock cylinder comprises an outer lock cylinder and an inner lock cylinder, wherein the inner lock cylinder adopts a side column lock structure; a first side column bolt on the outer circle of the inner lock cylinder is matched with a first side column bolt groove on the inner circle of the outer lock cylinder; the inner lock cylinder is provided with a second elastic strip which is matched with an outer lock cylinder elastic strip on the outer lock cylinder; an inner lock cylinder antitheft locking mechanism is arranged on the inner lock cylinder; a second antitheft locking mechanism is arranged on the outer lock cylinder. The side column lock antitheft locking mechanism comprises a side column lock cylinder, wherein a lantern ring is arranged on the side column lock cylinder; a third marble hole is formed in the side column lock cylinder in the radial direction; locking blind holes are distributed on two sides of the third marble hole; a through hole is formed in the lantern ring; a third marble assembly passes through the through hole and falls into the third marble hole. According to the combined antitheft lock cylinder assembled by inner and outer locks, a dual antitheft locking mechanism is arranged, so that when unlocking is carried out under the action of external forces, the lock cylinder is locked and cannot be unlocked through any technology.
