Active disturbance rejection control system of platform screen door machine
The invention discloses an active disturbance rejection control system of a platform screen door machine. The active disturbance rejection control system is composed of a door control unit DCU, a master control system PSC and a door machine unit which is composed of a power source module, a frequency changer module, a current sampling module and a brushless direct current motor module BLDCM. The door control unit DCU comprises two active disturbance rejection controllers ADRC, and a DSP microprocessor is adopted. A brushless direct current motor is equivalent to an integral series-connection object composed of two non-linear systems, and the two first-order active disturbance rejection controllers are used for achieving inner and outer loop control over the motor, rotating speed outer loop control and current inner loop control. The active disturbance rejection control system is applied, has the advantages of being high in response speed, high in control precision, and high in disturbance resisting capacity, and is very suitable for the platform screen door machine with the bad mounting environment.
