The invention provides a door and window component. The door and window component comprises a sash (50) and a pin roll connecting piece arranged at the connecting portion of the sash (50). The pin roll connecting piece comprises a pin roll (20). An operating hole (21) used for operating the pin roll (20) is formed in the pin roll (20). A yielding groove (51) extending in the axial direction of the pin roll (20) is arranged on the sash (50), and the operating hole (21) is arranged corresponding to the yielding groove (51). The door and window component can solves the problem that assembly and disassembly of the door and window component in the prior art are inconvenient.
