The invention discloses a dual-purpose window for sunshading and mosquito repelling. The dual-purpose window comprises a window frame, a folding mosquito repelling screen window, a folding sunshading window and four wear-resisting ropes, the folding mosquito repelling screen window comprises a folding type gauze fabric and a frame, the lower end of the folding type gauze fabric is connected with the window frame, the upper end of the folding type gauze fabric is connected with the frame, the two ends of the frame are provided with a left winding part and a right winding part respectively, one end of each wear-resisting rope is connected with the corresponding corner of the window frame, and each wear-resisting rope sequentially winds the left winding part and the right winding part. The dual-purpose window for sunshading and mosquito repelling has the advantages that the functions of sunshading and mosquito repelling are achieved simultaneously, the heights of the sunshading window and the mosquito repelling window can be adjusted respectively and randomly, therefore, the area of sunshading and the area of ventilation can be adjusted respectively, and meanwhile in the adjustment process, mosquitoes can be effectively prevented from entering the window.
