The invention relates to an offshore oil well assisting device, in particular to a tungsten-manganese alloy threaded spring offshore oil well power-assisted system. Each platform hinge on an operating platform is connected with the upper hole end of one corresponding threaded spring shock absorber, and the lower hole end of each threaded spring shock absorber is fixedly connected with a fixed supporting leg. A motor base, a rotating table base and an oscillating bar base are fixed on the operating platform. A squirrel-cage explosive-proof flat-belt pulley motor is fixedly mounted on the motor base. One side end of a well drilling oscillating bar is fixedly connected with a big well drilling rope, and the big well drilling rope penetrates through a platform drilling hole in the operating platform and then goes deep into a seafloor oil well bed. The tungsten-manganese alloy threaded spring offshore oil well power-assisted system is characterized in that an isolation component is arranged on a front end cover in the disc type explosive-proof flat-belt pulley motor, so that all bending moment loads are shared, and a motor rotating shaft only bears pure torque.
