The invention discloses a novel micro-porous ceramic irrigation emitter for infiltrating irrigation technology and a preparation method thereof. The micro-porous ceramic irrigation emitter comprises a barrel type irrigation emitter (1), a top cover (2) is arranged at the top end of the barrel type irrigation emitter (1), the top cover (2) is communicated with a micro-pipe (3) used for filling water to the barrel type irrigation emitter (1), and the micro-pipe (3) is further communicated with a tubular billet. The preparation method includes that mixing white cement with calcium sulfate according to proportion to obtain mixed solution; pouring the mixed solution to a die (4) through an opening (5), and demolding to obtain the barrel type irrigation emitter (1) after the mixed solution is solidified and molded.
