A method for preparing a super-hydrophobic super-oleophylic copper wire mesh without low surface energy reagent modification comprises the following steps: cleaning the copper wire mesh with acetone and deionized water in sequence, and blow-drying with nitrogen for later use; meanwhile dissolving water-soluble precious metal salt into 50 ML of deionized water at the room temperature to obtain a precious metal salt water solution with certain concentration; then perpendicularly immersing the cleaned copper wire mesh into the precious metal salt water solution, and soaking for a certain time; then taking the copper wire mesh from the solution, and cleaning with deionized water; finally drying the soaked and cleaned copper wire mesh at certain temperature for certain time so as to obtain the super-hydrophobic super-oleophylic copper wire mesh. In the preparation process of the super-hydrophobic super-oleophylic copper wire mesh, modification on the surface of the copper wire mesh by using the fluorine-containing low surface energy reagent or the carbon-containing long-chain alkyl reagent is not needed, meanwhile water is used as a solvent, and the method has the advantages of being simple and environment-friendly, and has an application prospect in the field of industrial oil-water separation.
