Masonry mortar with iron tailings substituting for partial natural sand
The invention discloses masonry mortar with iron tailings substituting for partial natural sand and belongs to the technical field of iron tailing sand building materials. The masonry mortar comprises cement mortar with the strength grade ranging from M5.0 to M20 and cement mixed mortar with the strength grade ranging from M5.0 to M15, wherein the cement mortar comprises components in percentage by mass as follows: 10%-19% of cement, 67%-74% of iron tailing mixed sand and 13%-16% of water, and the mass of a mortar thickener accounts for 0.1%-0.2% of the mass of cement; the cement mixed mortar comprises components in percentage by mass as follows: 10%-15% of cement, 2%-7% of lime putty, 67%-74% of iron tailing mixed sand and 13%-16% of water, and the mass of the mortar thickener accounts for 0.1%-0.2% of the mass of the cement. The iron tailings substitutes for partial natural sand to be used as fine aggregate for preparation of the masonry mortar, the pollution caused by the iron tailings to the environment can be reduced, the exploitation amount and the exploitation energy consumption of the natural sand can be reduced, the concrete production cost can be reduced, and the masonry mortar has obvious economic and social benefit.
