The invention discloses a manufacturing method of induction heating ceramic tableware. The manufacturing method comprises adding a liquid into porcelain clay or pottery clay to obtain ceramic blank clay, adding a liquid into a conductive metal oxide, carrying out stirring to obtain composite conductive metal oxide blank clay, coating the composite conductive metal oxide blank clay with the ceramic blank clay to obtain composite conductive blank clay blocks, putting the composite conductive blank clay blocks into a steel mold, carrying out rolling depression by a rolling depression device to obtain a blank mold, carrying out drying and sintering on the blank mold to obtain a dried blank mold, carrying out shaping sintering on the dried blank mold, carrying out glazing, and carrying out high temperature sintering to obtain the induction heating ceramic tableware. The metal oxide in the induction heating ceramic tableware has magnetism, can induce an external AC electromagnetic field and form eddy currents, has resistance effects of the metal oxide and can realize transformation of the eddy currents into heat so that non-contact heating effects are obtained.
