Method for preparing lightweight wallboard from solid waste incineration waste residues
The invention discloses a method for preparing a lightweight wallboard from solid waste incineration waste residues. The method comprises the following steps: A, drying and cooling furnace residues, and then screening the furnace residues dried and cooled into waste powder; B, uniformly mixing fly ash and the waste powder, wherein the mixed materials are waste materials; C, adding the waste materials into a reactor, adding a heavy metal stabilization chelating agent aqueous solution into the waste materials, wherein the slurry obtained after chelating stabilization is base materials A of the waste materials; D, adding cement, coal ash, polypropylene fiber and a foam stabilizer into another agitation reactor, adding warm water, and stirring, so as to form base materials B of raw materials; E, adding the base materials A of the waste materials into the base materials B of raw materials, and uniformly stirring, so as to obtain mixed base materials C; F, adding a foaming agent into the mixed base materials C, stirring, and demoulding, so as to obtain a wallboard preform; G, placing the wallboard preform into a curing room, naturally air-drying, and demoulding, so as to obtain the lightweight wallboard. The method has the advantages that the process is simple, the cost is low, the density, curing strength, heat conductivity coefficient, water absorption rate and other indexes of the prepared lightweight wallboard conform to standards.
