Emulsified asphalt and preparation method and application thereof
The invention discloses emulsified asphalt and a preparation method and application thereof. The emulsified asphalt comprises the following components in parts by weight: 50-75 parts of rock asphalt cement, 0.5-3 parts of an emulsifying agent, 1-10 parts of cationic styrene butadiene latex and 20-40 parts of water, wherein the rock asphalt cement comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 30-65 percent of rock asphalt, 1-3 percent of a cooking oil treatment substance and the rest of lubricating oil, lubricating oil refined extract oil or a mixture. According to the emulsified asphalt, by selection of a cement component, particularly, by introduction of a small amount of cooking oil and the cationic styrene butadiene latex, the prepared emulsified asphalt is higher in adhesion and is extremely good in effect of micro-surfacing; the shortcomings of oil bleeding, low intensity at high temperature, high probability of cracking at low temperature and the like which are easily caused in the existing micro-surfacing technology are overcome; the high-temperature stability and the low-temperature cracking resistance of a sealing layer are obviously improved.
