The invention discloses a carrying reloading rack support and a method for quickly moving carrying reloading rack by use of a support. The carrying reloading rack support is mounted on the body of an auxiliary engine flatcar of a track laying unit; after the oil cylinder of a hydraulic reloading rack is lifted to the highest position, the auxiliary engine flat car is driven in so that the carrying reloading rack support is aligned to the hydraulic reloading rack; the oil cylinder of the hydraulic reloading rack is lowered down, a load hanging carrying pole falls onto the carrying reloading rack support, the oil cylinder is continuously withdrawn so that the bottom of the hydraulic reloading rack can be separated from a subgrade, the hydraulic reloading rack stretches across the carrying reloading rack support, and then a supporting rod assembly is opened to fix the hydraulic reloading rack; the auxiliary engine flatcar carries the hydraulic reloading rack to an appropriate position, the supporting rod assembly is withdrawn so that the oil cylinder moves up, the hydraulic reloading rack stands on the subgrade, and the auxiliary engine flatcar is driven out. The carrying reloading rack is arranged on the auxiliary engine of the track laying unit; the hydraulic reloading rack can be rapidly transferred without other devices; the production cost is saved while the track laying operation efficiency is improved.
