Multifunctional hydraulic system for controlling actions of screed of paver
The invention discloses a multifunctional hydraulic system for controlling actions of a screed of a paver. The system comprises a main overflow valve, a three-way flow control valve, a base hydraulic integrated valve, left and right lifting cylinders, throttle valves I and II and a load-shedding hydraulic integrated valve, wherein an inlet of the three-way flow control valve is connected with an outlet of a hydraulic source; a priority port of the three-way flow control valve is connected with an inlet of the load-shedding hydraulic integrated valve, and an outlet of the load-shedding hydraulic integrated valve and one outlet of the base hydraulic integrated valve are connected and then connected with the left and right lifting cylinders respectively through the throttle valves I and II; a bypass port of the three-way flow control valve is connected with an inlet of the base hydraulic integrated valve, and the other outlet of the base hydraulic integrated valve is connected with the left and right lifting cylinders respectively. The hydraulic control system is clear in logic relation, simple in oil way, convenient to machine, easy to maintain, better in extensibility and capable of realizing selective configuration of a load shedding function according to actual requirements.
