Widened thin-film concrete box girder
The invention provides a widened thin-film concrete box girder and belongs to the technical field of bridge engineering. The side web of the concrete box girder is thickened; a steel separator is mounted inside the concrete box girder and fixed by concrete poured on the side of the side web; the concrete, and the steel separator and the concrete are connected by use of an epoxy glue; one end of an anchor bolt is embedded in the thickened side web, and a nut is arranged at the other end of the anchor bolt; a steel cross beam is temporarily clamped by use of the anchor bolt, and transverse external prestressed steel wires are put through and tensioned one by one. According to the widened thin-film concrete box girder, no pier stud is needed, no support needs to be erected during construction, the space under the bridge is not occupied, the influence on the traffic under the bridge is low, the construction period is short, and the widened bridge is high in operation reliability.
