The simple movable roadblock device is reasonable in structure, reliable in performance, light in weight, easy to move and easy to mount and use; the steel cones on the lower rail are perpendicularly upwards; the steel cones on the upper rail are transversely outwards; the whole rails can stretch and retract simultaneously, so that a roadblock can be arranged according to the size of a road, a traffic public security roadblock can be timely and accurately arranged for bidirectional vehicles and pedestrians at a gate, an intersection and a road section, or an anti-terrorism and explosion-control roadblock can be timely arranged for forcing a vehicle to stop, and thus roadblock arrangement is safer and more reliable.
