The invention provides a floor cleaning trolley and a dust sucking device of the floor cleaning trolley. The floor cleaning trolley comprises the dust sucking device, the dust sucking device is arranged at the lower portion of a trolley body, a sucking opening is formed in the dust sucking device, and the sucking opening of the dust sucking device can swing. Due to the fact that the sucking opening of the dust sucking device can swing, the position of the sucking opening is continuously moved in a floor cleaning process. Thus, the cleaning area is enlarged, the bottom of the whole floor cleaning trolley can be used for cleaning, and the defect that only a part of floor can be cleaned in the prior art is overcome.
