The invention discloses a communication manhole cover connection structure. A well loop is fixed with the concrete into one piece, a manhole cover is embedded with the well loop, an external circular conical surface of the manhole cover is matched with the inner wall conical surface of the well loop and an annular gasket is embedded between two parts. The gap between the manhole cover and the well loop is blocked by improving the structure and adding the annular gasket, harm caused by clearance displacement is eliminated and the corrosion problem caused by rain erosion is eliminated.
