The invention relates to a pouring method of cross beam concrete of an elliptic floor system. The method is that an outer elliptic part is poured to ensure the structure stability of an elliptic cross beam so as to conveniently pour an inner elliptic part; the medium part of the ellipse is poured by a manner different from the common concrete pouring manner and is poured by the manner of preferably pouring a beam connector, namely, the concrete is preferably poured to the beam connector in the front of a construction section during pouring, and the pouring is poured at every 3 hours; after the beam connector is poured, the pouring is carried out according to the construction sequence until the reinforcing steel bar structure of the cross beam is poured. The pouring method can ensure that the concrete at the beam connector in the front surface of the construction section is initially set, and concrete poured in the cross beam can be avoided construction cracks.
