The invention provides a wall panel and a construction method thereof. According to the wall panel applied in the wall construction method, embedding and fixing grooves, automatic buckles or fixing buckles for embedding and fixing the wall panel on the fixing frame are arranged on any two parallel edges or all peripheral surfaces of the wall panel.
