The invention discloses a hand guided roof crack repairing machine. The hand guided roof crack repairing machine comprises a stand composed of a chassis and an armrest frame which is obliquely arranged towards the back, a slotting plate and a pouring mechanism, traveling wheels are arranged below the chassis, the slotting plate is vertically arranged at the lower part of the front end of the chassis, the two lateral surfaces thereof are crossed in the working direction of the slotting plate to form a slotting edge for widening the crack opening, the pouring mechanism comprises a hopper, a pouring pump and a pouring pipe, a spring slot is formed in the pipe wall of the pouring pipe, one end of a spring arranged in the spring slot is fixed at the lower end of the spring slot while the other end is connected with the inner wall of a limit pipe which sleeves the pouring pipe, the pipe diameter of the limit pipe is larger than the width of the crack opening, and a ball is arranged at the bottom of the limit pipe. The limit pipe is clamped in two sides of the crack opening and jacked by means of the material gravity and the pouring impact force, the ball at the lower part of the limit pipe rolls along the crack edge to enable a nozzle of the pouring pipe to pour material in the crack along the crack direction, the material is saved, and the cost is lowered.
