The wood structure reinforcement construction method is characterized by comprising the construction steps of step 1, arranging a girder on a support; step 2, arranging a reinforcement wood beam on the girder; step 3, arranging a steel joist which is used for tensioning pre-stressed rebar hoops at the bottom of the girder; step 4, arranging the pre-stressed rebar hoops; step 5, arranging the steel joist on a center hole jack which is used for tensioning the pre-stressed rebar hoops; step 6, tensioning the pre-stressed rebar hoops; step 7, arranging a steel joist which is used for tensioning a pre-stressed pull rod at the bottom of the girder, enabling the steel joist to be in place through a scaffold, inserting the pre-stressed pull rod into a reserved hole of the reinforcement wood beam, a reserved hole of the girder and a reserved hole of the steel joist and tightening an anchorage device arranged at an anchoring end and an anchorage device arranged at a tensioning end through a wrench; step 8, arranging the steel joist on a center hole jack which is used for tensioning the pre-stressed rebar hoops; step 9, tensioning the pre-stressed pull rod and a cut wood column.
