A wall body comprises a plurality of round steel upright posts and horizontal cold-formed thin walls connected with the round steel upright posts in a sleeving manner, wherein the connected round steel upright posts and cold-formed thin walls form a wall body part support skeleton; composite heat-preservation wallboards are fixedly connected to the two sides of the cold-formed thin walls respectively; ring beam pressure plates fixed with the cold-formed thin walls and the composite heat-preservation wallboards are arranged at the upper end of the wall body; floor slabs are fixedly arranged on the ring beam pressure plates. The house further comprises interlayer connecting pipes penetrating through the floor slabs, wherein the upper and lower ends of the interlayer connecting pipes are positioned above and below the floor slabs respectively; the upper ends of the round steel upright posts of the wall body of the lower layer and the lower ends of the round steel upright posts of the wall body of the upper layer are connected with the interlayer connecting pipes in the sleeving manner respectively. The house is higher in construction efficiency and shorter in cycle, is poured into an integrated structure by concrete, has higher quality performance, and can be constructed more conveniently, and the service life of a heat-preservation layer is the as that of the wall body.
