Method for quickly constructing detachable light-steel structural dens baking room through insulation boards
The invention relates to a method for quickly constructing a detachable light-steel structural dens baking room through insulation boards. The method is applied to construction of tobacco baking houses. The method comprises the steps of manufacturing sufficient board side C-shaped clamps for later use; respectively vertically connecting two side wallboards and partition walls of a heat supply room through two three-way vertical columns; integrally splicing other wallboards of a tobacco storing room and the heat supply room through corner vertical columns and straight splicing vertical columns; spanning the bottom ends of the corner vertical columns, the straight splicing vertical columns and the three-way vertical columns on a channel steel bar through vertical column steel sheets which are welded on the outer surface of a clamping opening side plate and provided with screw holes, and fixing to the channel steel base through bolts; locking and stably standing the corner vertical columns, the straight splicing vertical columns and the three-way vertical columns by a pair of a plurality of pair of inserting barrels welded on column bodies through a cross beam with inserting pins at two ends; freely paving roof frame parts of the tobacco storing room along the top parts of the corner vertical columns, the straight splicing vertical columns and the three-way vertical columns on the base of the tobacco storing room. The method has the advantages that the manufacturing cost can be reduced, the mounting or dismounting can be done with two to three workers, and the high-temperature heat bridge loss is small.
