The invention discloses a wide-angle opening and closing hinge structure and a VTM machine having the wide-angle opening and closing hinge structure; the wide-angle opening and closing hinge structure comprises two pivotal components and one hinge pin shaft, wherein two pivotal components are the first pivotal component and the second pivotal component; one end of the hinge pin shaft is connected with the first pivotal component while the other end is arranged inside a through hole formed in the second pivotal component along the self axis, the inner wall of the through hole in the second pivotal component, one end is connected with the outer wall of the hinge pin shaft through a self-lubricating sleeve while the other end is connected with a thread locking piece in a thread matching connection mode. Thus the gap between two pivotal components forming the hinge structure can be fine adjusted for matching the fixing piece with the opening and closing piece connected through the hinge structure; contact friction between the opening and closing piece and the fixing piece can be avoided.
