Through combining the squirrel cage type flame-proof synchronous belt wheel motor with the welding piston buffers for the work platform, the problem of easiness in damage of a power source motor and the whole buffer problem of oil well facilities which always perplex the offshore oil well are solved, and the effect is unexpected.
