The invention provides a city plane intersection guidance command system for cancelling left turning and is to improve passing capability of a plane intersection through technology and management means. The set of system adopts a method of arranging " an inner-side lane right turning waiting area" and "a concentrated turning-around area" in the plane intersection to enable left-turning vehicles to be changed into inner-side lane right-turning vehicles which are then converged to straight-going lanes. Contradiction point of traffic flow is avoided through the method above, and thus the purpose of cancelling left turning and only allowing straight going at the plane intersection is realized. The traffic system is mainly used for intersections, having no overpass bridges, of center cities and the like so as to relieve the increasingly-serious traffic jam problem.
