The quicklime slaker comprises a roller, a feeding port, a discharging port, a rotator, spiral poking blades and the residue filtering barrel, the feeding port and the discharging port are formed in two ends of the roller, the feeding port comprises a quicklime inlet and a clear water inlet, the spiral poking blades are arranged in the roller and used for mixing and conveying quicklime, the rotator is matched with a driven pulley belt on the roller to drive the roller to turn over, the residue filtering barrel is used for filtering impurities, the top of the residue filtering barrel is communicated with the discharging port of the slaker, a residue retaining plate is arranged in the residue filtering barrel, the inner space of the residue filtering barrel is divided into a left chamber and a right chamber by the residue retaining plate, the middle and lower portions of the left chamber and the right chamber are communicated, and a slurry outlet is formed in the middle and upper portion of the left chamber.
