The invention discloses a wholesome and energy-saving roasting furnace. A baking tray is formed by sintering attapulgite, serpenggiante, limonite and kaolin as raw materials at high temperature, wherein the attapulgite plays a role in purifying lampblack and has provided timely help for an existing 'carcinogenic' barbecue industry; furthermore, the serpenggiante and the limonite contain essential trace elements and minerals in human body, and have the effects of changing the acidic body, reducing the three highs, protecting the heart and blood vessel and the like, and making the barbecue industry better. The special taste of the barbecue can be improved due to the special natural scent of soil and stones; in addition, the furnace body is designed to be of a paraboloid shape, a charcoal box is fixed on a focus point, and the radiated heat is vertically fed to the baking tray, therefore energy saving can be realized.
