Lightweight high-silicon mullite green body and preparation method thereof
The present invention particularly relates to a lightweight high-silicon mullite green body and a preparation method thereof. The technical scheme comprises: adopting 25-50 wt% of fly ash, 20-36 wt% of pyrophyllite and 30-39 wt% of clay as raw materials, adding waste tea leaf with the amount of 10-30 wt% of the raw materials and a binder with the amount of 5-10 wt% of the raw materials, stirring for 6-8 h at a room temperature, placing, forming, naturally drying, and baking for 12-24 h at a temperature of 110-210 DEG C so as to obtain the lightweight high-silicon mullite green body, wherein the waste tea leaf is one selected from the past-due tea leaf, the tea residue and the dried tea leaf used in the beverage plants and has the particle size of less than 0.5 mm. According to the present invention, the preparation method has characteristics of low cost and simple process, and the prepared lightweight high-silicon mullite green body has characteristics of low linear expansivity and high compression strength.
